I tried this spray on my hand and arms that have been sore lately, just to see how it compared to the bio-cold gels I keep around. The first thing I noticed was the cooling sensation, but more so the strong peppermint and eucalyptus oil smell. It'll make your eyes water.

It sprays on with a super fine mist, which I think contributes to the strong smell. It did leave my hands oily, and I had to wash my hands after I rubbed this spray in.

The cooling effect is strong, and the effects start almost immediately after rubbing it in. It didn’t completely take away the discomfort, but it made things more manageable and eased the stiffness more than enough to continue with my day.

One thing to keep in mind is that the smell stays for a long time. This is not scentless, and if you apply this spray with 2 or more pumps, anyone you come in contact with will also be able to smell it. Not a big deal to me, but could be to some.

The bottle is small enough to keep nearby, and the spray top makes it easy to apply without making a mess.

Overall, for quick relief, this works fast and seems to last as long as other products I've tried. I would certainly recommend this, especially if you are looking for a strong cooling sensation with relief, and easy to apply.

The scent is intense. You immediately notice eucalyptus and peppermint, with other herbal notes underneath. It is not unpleasant, but it is powerful and lingers for a while. This is not something I would use right before going out unless I wanted everyone around me to smell it too. I actually like the scent, but may not be everyone's cuppa tea.

Ease of use was excellent. The spray format made it easy to apply without rubbing in a thick cream. It absorbed quickly and did not stay greasy, which I really liked. One spray went a long way, so it took some trial and error to avoid overdoing it.

For the price point, this feels reasonable for a medium range topical product. Twenty five dollars is not cheap, but the blend feels concentrated and effective. It works well for mild stiffness and for that cooling reset feeling. I also ended up liking it a lot just after hot showers for the steam and scent alone.

This spray feels like a practical option for days when my joints or muscles are acting up but I do not want something heavy or sticky. The mix of essential oils gives a noticeable cooling effect that feels calming rather than harsh. I have used it after long walks and on stiff mornings, and it seems to help loosen things up a bit. The bottle is small enough to keep nearby, and I like that it dries quickly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to apply without having to rub in a cream.

Very strong menthol or mint oil. Very strong scent of menthol when you spray. Naturally, it derives the cooling sensation from the menthol or mint oil. The smell is stronger than the sensation though. I have used pure menthol oils in the past and I would say that the sensation of cooling for this spray is more subdued. Not a bad spray though. For muscle and joint pain relief is mainly superficial, as you would expect. There is not deep heating sensation that you would get from medication like Ben Gay or Capsicum ointments. It is easy to apply and the scent is not unpleasant. Nice to keep this in the gym bag for a quick and convenient application.

The packaging/ label only lists camphor oil as the products active ingredient. This is surprising as it has a rather effervescent tea tree and eucalyptus scent. The products comprehensive essential oil blend creates a very effective minty scent. In terms of stiffness relief, I found the sprays performance to be average at best. Any relief derived from using seems to be the result of cooling effects. The dry nature of the oil, does make it mess-less and functional, especially for day time use. This is now my go to... not for muscle relief, but for revitalizing morning showers. It far supersedes any essential oil blend, I have ever used to create a spa-like aromatherapy experience. The potent aromatic powers of this spray are evident when oils are release into the steam, for a spa-like atmosphere which aids in congestion relief. Based on the quality of this blend the product is appropriately priced. Recommend
